I utilized engineering drawings, aircraft composites, and a variety of expensive aerospace components in order to assemble and manufacture first-class interior for a myriad of reputable airlines in conjunction with Boeing. I crafted my creations with a diverse array of hand tools and power tools at my personal workstation under limited time constraints. I had direct access to a computer and the wealth of software it offered in order to assist my daily responsibilities. I worked independently and autonomously within diverse teams of experienced material handlers, assemblers, mechanics, quality inspectors, and engineers. I conducted routine maintenance of power tools and machinery while also effectively organizing and maintaining my work area. I actively met assembly goals while integrating Kaizen procedures to facilitate constant improvement. Knowledgeable of SOP, QMS, 5S, and ACE operating system standardization protocols. I worked closely with a variety of engineers to construct structures and rigging designed to conduct a myriad of stress and tolerance tests in order to collect pertinent analysis data. Educated on indoor crane operations and safety regulations. I built and diagnosed a variety of aerospace testing structures. I was a flexible associate who worked in many departments across the facility depending on company needs. The departments are as follows: assembly, material handling & inventory, electrical, paint, fabrication, research & development, shipping & receiving, integration engineering, and quality inspection. I fabricated metal while working closely with chemical etchers and CNC machinists in order to facilitate their daily tasks. Documented Foreign Object Damage (FOD). Filed non-conformance reports when necessary. Recorded production processes and inspected finished products. Ensured OSHA management standards of completion were consistently followed. Laid off due to business cuts and restructuring in regard to the Covid-19 pandemic.
