I worked for Live In Guardians, a guardianship company for the past year where my main role was to sell rooms to potential guardians. I travelled across London showing and selling hundreds of rooms. I showed up to 30 people at one time around a building showing the facilities and rooms available. I dealt with the deposits, ensuring all the paperwork was completed and that the new guardians provided the company with all the necessary information. I also met with owners of the buildings giving them access to the building. I created floor plans for many of the companies buildings through using a laser measurer and inputted the data to Magic Plan app. I had to ensure I covered every area of the building and measured everything correctly so they could be sent to the owner of the building and to the local council. I also worked closely with the social media team helping them create videos to reach potential guardians by showing them around buildings and answering commonly asked questions.
