My development from a young boy who was limited from family, education, and growth in life, for the first several years of my life, has and continues to spark a desire to succeed as a learner, leader, and a lover of equality and diversity.My willingness to communicate with others who were of mostly different backgrounds have helped my development to who I am and represent today, a Kazak American. Because I was not afraid to listen and work with others, I have gained an interest in the wonderful world of Business, specifically becoming an entrepreneur. Noting that I did not just one day wake up and decide to pursue this career, but had to tell myself that being different was more of a blessing and an opportunity to push myself to find ways to fight the good fight. In making it known that the value of success is not dependent on where you’re from, or your environment, but how hard you’re willing to work for it. My objective in the workforce is to gain a job that has an environment and makes it possible for me to learn more about dealing with strategic and financial issues of business, also: to work with a team to achieve the goals of your company and contribute to the company’s success.
