Black Bee Drones, an extension project of UNIFEI, is a team dedicated to the design, construction, assembly, and development of autonomous drones with a competitive edge. The software division plays a pivotal role in enabling these drones to operate autonomously and intelligently.The software team is tasked with the development of competition and presentation codes, leveraging a variety of programming tools and technologies. These include computer vision, machine learning, embedded systems, and general robotics tools such as OpenCV, ROS, Tensorflow, Python, C++, and Git in a Linux environment.Through collaborative efforts, the team conducts research, implements, and documents codes and tools. This not only propels the team’s progress in competitions but also fosters the professional growth of its members by providing them with a glimpse into the job market.
