Managed facilities for workshops, events and rentals. Co-designed, organized, and produced off-site events, guest presentations, worship services, retreats and commencement ceremonies.

 Facilitated small groups and Heart-Circles on themes Brotherhood, Forgiveness, Healing Religious Injury, and Bereavement. Conducted large group workshops in self-exploration and expression through various creative art forms and healing modalities. Offered private spiritual counseling and/or healing sessions for participants and facilitators.

 Drove the operations of high-end specialty cosmetics facility, raised overall productivity 20%, exceeding yearly sales goals. Managed and trained counter staff and guest make-up artists, private sales events, and new product demonstrations. In a year successfully increased revenue base by 15%, through customer fulfillment, and building clientele loyalty.

NYCOversaw weekend operations of this popular 5000 sq. ft. nightspot in Manhattan's Meat Packing District.Continuous fan base growth over 2-year tenure. Praised as "the friendliest bartender in town" among loyal customers.When bar closed in '02, the year following my departure, many commented, "it (the bar) was never the same without you."

 Featured member of highly competitive cosmetics artistry team in this up-scale 57th Street salon. Responsible for care, service and sales to select clientele, where personal productivity consistently exceeded management goals. Regularly selected to represent salon styling for photographer sessions with print models on high-end magazine feature shoots.

 Launched this $100K account in a new $3M cosmetics facility at popular upscale suburban shopping district. Exceeded and accelerated management and corporate goals for counter productivity in the 1st year. Trained and managed staff in product demonstration and intricacies of specialized application techniques.
