With being a determined and passionate individual, I have always pushed myself to excel in my schooling in order to work my way up to achieving my future goals. Even though I tend to act more reserved and introverted I have a strong ability to form impactful relationships and be a strong listener in professional environments. With this I am an Associate in Wall Street Scholars of Nebraska which is a student organization focused on learning about investment banking, private equity, and asset management positions through workshops, weekly lectures and guest speakers. Along with this I am an Associate in Husker Venture Fund which is dedicated to teaching students about Venture Capital through weekly meetings, founder presentations, and opportunities to perform due diligence reports on startups for potential investments. From an early age of learning about business from my dad along with my involvement in business clubs and classes in high school, I developed a strong interest in Finance and Economics and its impact in the world. This led me to joining the Honors Business Academy at UNL which is a group of students with high academic success and leadership potential with the opportunity to develop their skills for future success in the business world. With planning to double major in Finance and Accounting along with minoring in Economics, I have a strong interest in Investment Banking and Private Equity/Venture Capital in which I am excited to take upper-level Finance & Accounting classes over the remainder of my schooling.
