• Create new incident using Ticketing system in Daily basis.• Assist users face to face with computer, I pad, phone issues.• Assists users with Windows 7 and windows 10, Office 365 issues (Outlook, One drive, Skype, Excel, Power Point, One Note)• Reset user password using Active Directory.• Assist user with Apps issues Confluence, Artemis, U2/Paradise, Share inbox, Network drives.• Assist user with Data recovery after accidental file deletion.• Assist user VPN access (remote access).• Solving internet connectivity on wireless and Ethernet.• Assist new user to setup laptops and solve printing issues.Technical environment: Windows, 7, Windows Server 2012. AD Office 365, , Skype for Business, Office and SharePoint Online.

• Use Active Directory to manage Security Groups for the new users; and allocate new computers.• Complete SAP request form and send to GSD• Escalate technical support issues to GSD (General Desk support System).• Assist users with printer’s Installation and issues.• Set up CISCO IP phone.• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, operating system, and software related problems. Technical environment: Windows, 7, Windows Server 2012. AD Office 365 Enterprise, Microsoft Forms, Stream for Office 365, Microsoft Staff Hub,Office 365, Power Apps for Office 365, Skype for Business, Office and SharePoint Online.
