My career has progressed through challenging financial and physical conditions, but having been surrounded by a diverse, aligned, and multi-level group of peers has taught me more about leadership than any college course.I’m drawn to operations management for its multi-faceted challenge and reward. I enjoy business management, team building, and playing a role in improving people’s lives. I turn to solid SOPs, cost controls, metrics tracking, and analysis to facilitate improved P&L, quality, efficiency, and customer service but people are at the heart of any success. My strengths include: CHANGE MANAGEMENT: Working in highly regulated industries, I plan for and manage emergency response, technology integration, capital relocation, problem solving, and operational restructuring.COMPLIANCE: I have led QRAs, ongoing QA, and FDA audits to meet or surpass federal and state regulations, as well as corporate standards for equipment efficiency and output quality. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: I introduce processes that are pragmatic, employee-driven, and logical. When SOPs focus on the people impacted, they become an empowering team effort. RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: I mentor at many levels of the corporate ladder, operate at C-level internally and externally, and build and lead teams to persevere and exceed objectives.
