Operations Manager for a 24/7 800 employee manufacturing operation of Cathodic Ray Tubes (CRT) for the RCA brand which was subsequently acquired by Thomson Multimedia.During this time, this facility was the largest investment in Baja California at $450M and approximately 1M square feet of manufacturing, inventory and distribution space. Successfully transferred and started-up the CRT operation from concept (lay out design) to installation, customer's product qualification and volume escalation.
