Ordering Integration Services Team

This was a one-year rotation program I was a part of at Charter Communications. I was part of the first group in the TECH program, which included four separate three-month rotations on the following teams:1.) Automated Testing Team - I was responsible for monitoring and maintaining six test groups consisting of over 200 test cases total that were run one to three times per week. I was also responsible for creating new test cases utilizing a custom testing framework created using Selenium, and creating bespoke solutions in Java when necessary.2.) My Spectrum Application - Mobile Buyflow Team - As part of this team, I was responsible for defect tickets and new development for this customer-facing application written in C# using Xamarin Forms. I worked on improving accessibility within the mobile service buyflow section of the My Spectrum app, and was also part of an Optimized Buyflow project that decreased the number of screens a user passes through in the sign up process by half.3.) WiFi SCP Team - This team is responsible for ensuring features on customer routers are set and updated appropriately using containerized microservices. I worked on an Eventual Consistency project devised by one of the principal engineers to continually review and update router features when a new feature change occurs to shorten the time it takes for all routers to have an up-to-date set of features turned on. On this team I was introduced to Spring, and deploy and management them using Docker and Kubernetes.4.) IT Service Activation Team - On this team, I worked with two other TECH program associates to create a UI and several backend APIs to provide the ability to add, update, delete, and query for franchise records used internally by the service activation team. We did so using Java and the Spring Framework on the backend to communicate with the team's Oracle Database, and Javascript, ThymeLeaf, and JQuery for display on the frontend.
