• Quote Personnel Logistics Services and ensure quotes have been approved by Client • Manage, supervise and ensure all Personnel logistics operations such as but not limited to: Meet & Greet, accommodation bookings, shore passes, travel arrangements, cash to Master, etc.• Ensure appropriate transport and ensure that all personnel have correct check-in details• Ensure and support the allocation of installation accommodation to Personnel• Be responsible for providing a focal point and responsive customer service on all Personnel logistics matters• Be responsible for providing a focal point to authorities or to suppliers • Ensure that Personnel have relevant documentation is in place (visas, labor document, certifications where applicable, etc.)• Support the allocation of installation accommodation to personnel• Report any breaches of safety procedures to supervision / management• Coordinate crew changes (On & Off) in close relationship with Clients• Potential missions, site visits during mobilization/Demobilization phases of Construction vessels, and if required• Ensure suppliers are qualified as per Red Transport Group ‘expectations, and look for new suppliers when it is required• Quote Labor or Immigration Services and ensure quotes have been approved by Client • Coordinate, supervise and ensure all Immigration and Labor processes such as but not limited to: visas ‘extension, short-term or long-term work permit procedures, etc.• Be responsible for providing a focal point to labor and immigration authorities• Be responsible for providing a focal point and responsive customer service on all Immigration and Labor matters• Advice client on actions needed to be taken• Follow-up each processes and guarantee compliance with regulation in force• Ensure all files are dully completed before submission to authorities• Ensure all files are issue in timely fashion time with no delay
