Began my coaching career aged fifteen within the youth setup of Dartford Town FC. I have worked through to complete my FA Level 1 Coaching Certificate and began by coaching the Soccer Saturday Club working with the clubs next pool of talented youngsters. I then progressed up with a side throughout mini-soccer and into youth football winning large numbers of league titles, cups and tournaments before moving onto Erith & Dartford Town FC to manage a Kent Youth League side. Kent Football Academy was established in October 2010 by myself and provides FA to UEFA standard coaching for boys/girls aged five to eighteen. We focus on small numbers and high intensity drills in order to give the players more touches to help realise their development. We concentrate on improving the knowledge, technique and applciation of all our players. Finger Tips Goalkeeper School works in tandem with my Kent Football Academy and provides UEFA standard goalkeeper coaching for players aged five to eighteen. They work on basic fundementals such as handling, agility and distribution as well as more advanced topics including 1-1 situation, lining walls, communication and much more. In addition to the above I also offer Private 1 to 1 Coaching sessions for players of any age and any ability. The focus is again on improving the knowledge, technique and application of the player and also on providing specific drills to meet the requirements of the individual.
