I was successfully accepted into the company's Operations Manager in Training (OMT) development program. I am currently in a rotational, support, management role overseeing and coordinating operations across various buildings and departments within DHL. I supported a startup in Southern California for 4 months.

I supervised the Inbound/Outbound/Transportation departments and managed 60+ employees daily whilst exceeding KPI targets, planning labor, coordinating projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

I operated MHE and supported warehouse operations in various functions at the Connect Logistics warehouse in St. Albert, AB.

I coordinated multiple projects including a site-wide paperless transition for operators and an engaging Continuous Improvement system. I also helped supervise the dayshift operation and oversaw 50+ employees whilst surpassing KPI goals.

I am currently a level 4 Nationally Certified Umpire and I have officiated 500+ baseball games over 10+ years, including provincial championships at all levels.

I managed various Carlton departments in retail stores such as London Drugs, Shoppers Drug Mart, and more. I handled product, trained new staff, and completed audits/installations.

I travelled throughout Central & Northern Alberta, installing and maintaining Carlton's fixtures and products. I would also work alongside large retail store managers coordinating projects and installations.
