I am a teacher by profession. I help and support my learners in:- Breaking complex content into easy to understand concepts- Providing a safe learning environment for the students by protecting them from anything that can harm them emotionally and physically- Inspiring students to make a positive impact on the world which can only be achieved through top quality education- Boosting their confidence by creating a friendly and cooperative class where every student feels accommodated. I encourage questions and nurture curiosity in a way that leads the child to engross in meaningful learningAs a teacher, I help the school organizations in:- Developing lesson plans which meet established school and national curriculum models- Adapting and reassessing lesson plans to meet specific student needs, comply with newly implemented guidelines or rules, and to update relevant information and include new developments in education- Managing the diverse ability levels of students- Adapting the curriculum to fit student needs while maintaining overall class progress- Possessing and continually developing working knowledge of national curriculum programs and frameworks- Assessing and recording student development, while identifying problem areas and areas which need attention and improvement- Providing a safe, positive learning environment for students- Communicating with parents as per school guidelines on a regular basis, including presenting student progress reports and informing parents of requisite student discipline- Maintaining order and discipline among students while promoting safety and compliance with school rules and guidelinesI bring my 3 years experience in teaching and Laboratory skills working in schools and industry.
