The majority of the Sabia Balkey Group's client base is comprised of pre-retirees and retirees. The Group's objective is to establish long lasting relationships with these clients. We are integral in helping them throughout the retirement process. A process that includes asset accumulation up to retirement, preservation of those assets once in retirement, and income distribution during retirement. These clients tend to be employees or former employees of fortune 500 companies that will be facing pension and 401k decisions. Our clients have worked with us for as many as ten years prior to retirement. During this time leading up to retirement we have helped them manage retirement (IRA/401k) assets, evaluate the feasibility of retirement, develop tax efficient company stock option strategies and put into perspective the reality of retirement. During these years our clients get to know us as we educate them on wealth planning issues. Our goal is to have them become comfortable with our relationship and confident in our abilities to guide them as they make significant retirement decisions.
