I am currently an Operations Management Trainee with Advantage Metals Recycling. At the moment, I greatly enjoy my training process, especially the hands-on and professional experience that it affords. I enjoy being involved in agriculture in the region and look forward to continuing to learn and grow in that regard. I spend much of my time outdoors working with my hands on the family farm and shearing sheep in the Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma areas. I have a passion for the sheep, wool, and steel industries and look forward to learning and growing professionally as well as outside of work.
