 Assist the M&E Technical Lead with development of a monitoring plan for all reproductive health (RH) and HIV activities.  Development of data collection tools to support all RH and HIV activities under SIFPO2 Data Collection and capturing in DHIS2 Provide monthly reports on key indicators. Data analysis in DHIS2 and report writing for partners and management Assist the M&E Technical Lead in training RH team in data handling, capturing and storage. Provide field teams with technical support in terms of evidence based project strategy  Conducting data quality audits for outreach teams. Updating HIV data in DATIM  Semi-Annual reporting to USAID (Quarterly scratchpad update) Formulate geospatial maps according to project prevalence rate

 Working within, and maintaining, the Health and Safety Standards prescribed by the Client Designing, prioritizing and implementing Health & Safety action plans Planning and conducting of internal audits, reporting on audit outcomes Tracking and recording of project Health and Safety performance and Incident Reports Planning, implementation and follow up of corrective actions Preparation and hosting of regular status meetings  Preparation of regular reports to the Client and internal management.  Compilation and presentation of project statistics  Preparation and hosting of regular ‘tool-box talks’ to inform staff of Health and Safety issues and procedures
