• Liaising with the Training team to offer specialist training and advisory on crop production and agribusiness management to small holder farmer.• Gathering and providing the sales and production development departments useful customer experiences and feedback on product interaction.• Meeting and guiding clients (potentially small holder farmers) on Real IPM products upon purchase.

• Work with Senior management to synthesize client data, reports, and other IPM information in a presentable way.• Create and design training programs & crop management publications and develop different promotional and marketing tools that synergize with the company's vision.
