I am currently working at Centennial Bank as an Operational Risk Analyst. I love being able to help our lines of business automate manual processes and contribute to an exceptional risk culture by leveraging our GRC tool. I also enjoy collaborating with our Third Party Governance team along with other second line functions on projects that enhance risk oversight. Corporate Governance will always be a vital piece of banking, and I’ve had the opportunity to help fine-tune and strengthen our processes in this area. Throughout the years, I’ve had the privilege to serve in different leadership roles and feel that I thrive in an environment where leadership is valued. I’ve enjoyed serving in my local church both as a small group leader and in the kids ministry. Putting others ahead of myself is a core value I take with me in my personal life as well as my work life.
