With over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, I am a seasoned geological and subsurface manager with a track record of delivering successful exploration, appraisal, and development projects across diverse regions and geological settings. Currently, I oversee, lead, and facilitate all geological products and well delivery requirements for Jade Gas Holdings, a joint venture focused on developing coalbed methane (CBM) resources in Mongolia. My primary responsibility is to bring our horizontal CBM production pilot drilling program from an exploration play to a commercial asset, while also growing our reserves position through a dedicated exploration campaign. I leverage my technical specialties in field development planning, reservoir characterization, 3D modeling & subsurface operations, as well as my management skills in strategic planning, executive leadership, and mentoring. I am passionate about creating value for our stakeholders, enhancing our operational efficiency and safety, and advancing our technological innovation and sustainability. I hold an MSc in Reservoir Evaluation and Management from the Institute of Petroleum Engineering at Heriot Watt University, a CPG certification from the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, and an Oxford Executive Leadership Programme from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. I am always eager to learn new skills, expand my network, and collaborate with industry peers and experts.
