Programme Delivery Manager - Overall Delivery of the Central Line Improvement Programme - a £500m Programme of works that involves the major refurbishment of Central Line Fleet as well as the critical overhauls. This is the coordination of 250 strong team and over 50 suppliers to design, manufacture, prototype, install and commission trains into service.

Senior Project Manager in sole charge of Pre-Production & Production of the Central Line Improvement Programme. This involves procurements & supply of the AC Traction, Data Transmission System (TCMS), Passenger Information System, CCTV, LED, Flooring, Programme Lift, Doors and multiple Saloon Interior & Exterior improvements (RVAR, Body Ends, Sil Plates, Inspection Covers etc.). I am also responsible for the project & systems integration and installation of the systems in Acton Town - 5 Trains at a time and the Product Introduction at both Ruislip & Hainault Depots. Senior Project Manager responsible for the delivery of the Central Line Improvement Programme (CLIP) Pre-Production - This involves the Procurement, Design & Prototyping of £200m+ of integrating systems into Passenger Service. These include the AC Traction System, Data Transmission System (TCMS), Passenger Information System (PIS), Saloon CCTV, LED, Saloon Design including RVAR compliance, Floors & Capacity Optimisation Project (COP) with my team of the Project Management support. Project Manager responsible for the delivery of AC Traction System with the Principal Contractor (Bombardier Transportation): £113m on the Central Line. I also undertake the role of Delivery Integration Project Manager, for the pre production & procurement activities within the Central Line Improvement Programme (CLIP), ensuring the coordination of the delivery of multiple Central Line Systems (10). I ensure the project deliveries are coordinated on a time & physical interface perspective. All projects are part of the Rolling Stock Central Line Improvement Programme (CLIP). Project Manager responsible for the delivery of Data Transmission System (DTS) Project: £17.5m with the Principal Contractor (EKE Electronics). The DTS is the Train Management & Control System on the train & Capacity Optimisation Projects (inc Hainault Shuttle & Signalling Improvements): £2.5m with various internal parties as part of the Rolling Stock Central Line Improvement Programme (CLIP). Project Manager responsible for Victoria Line Rolling Stock Upgrade managing the closeout and defect rectification relating to the introduction of the 09 Tube Stock between the LU project & operational fleet team.

Assistant Project Manager on the Northern Line Signalling Upgrade project assisting in supporting NMA 3-6 (Northern Line Migration Areas) deliveries and managing the defect rectification relating to post commissioning. The role entailed managing the Principal Contractor (Thales) in the testing and commissioning delivery of the new TBTC signalling system. Programme Value: £600m+
