Having joined UFP in 2001, I have an extensive sales history across various reseller channels.Working in our wholesale team up to 2012, I incorporated various roles including Key Accounts Manager, Sales Team Leader, Service Team Manager and Sales Manager. I gained an excellent understanding of the EOS industry and developed relationships with key accounts, buying groups and vendors whilst also managing up to 25 staff.I moved to the UFP Retail team in January 2013 and have since worked with some of the largest retailers in the UK. Working closely with these retail customers and numerous multi-national vendors, I have developed my account management skills and deliver a full category-managed solution to all of my customers, across a selection of areas including Ink, Office Supplies, Memory and Nursery & Baby.
