Our Advisory Board is a collective of industry experts and enthusiasts who are actively building and utilizing blockchain technologies. The group serves as subject matter experts and an incubator for policy ideas to help establish Utah as the premier destination for blockchain innovation. The Advisory Board will meet on at least a quarterly basis. Members are also asked to consult on projects and initiatives as they materialize.

Provide strategic and practical legal counseling to Web3.0 technology companies, with a focus on blockchain and cryptocurrency technology. I represent companies in all stages and have extensive experience with a wide variety of Web3.0 designs and transactions, including: • Airdrops• Centralized and decentralized cryptocurrency designs • DAOs, including decentralized governance, tax optimization and securities compliance• DeFi structuring and tokenomics• Meatverses• Venture financing structures that integrate token exposure, including SAFTs
