I am a senior finance and operations executive and Sloan Fellow with extensive analytical and leadership experience with exposure up to Board level. This is combined with process and project management skills as well as corporate governance and communications experience on a high corporate level.Since 2015 I act as COO & Corporate Secretary at Walder Wyss Ltd., one of the most successful Swiss commercial law firms, with clients including national and international companies, publicly held corporations and family businesses as well as public law institutions and private persons.Before that, I managed part of the project to set up UBS's new holding structure ("Too big to fail" topic). In addition, I participated in the 2014 Sloan Executive Programme at London Business School a Master of Science degree designed for experienced senior managers with a focus on corporate finance, strategy, leadership, change management, governance, economics and globalisation.Until the end of 2013, I led a core team carrying out the external financial reporting, a critical strategic function of UBS AG. Together, we formed the driving force behind a complex process encompassing the whole organisation to fulfil the manifold requirements of our regulators and government bodies as well as our stakeholders all over the world.To achieve this, I built my core team around a dynamic and diverse mix of complimentary cultures and experiences, enabling us to consolidate the expertise of the broader group, which spans the continents and every major function and business within the bank.
