• Supervise clients in a calm and collected manner to promote a positive learning experience.• Market additional services and packages provided by Northern Breezes to students• Manage lessons and appointments in Google Drive/Microsoft Office, contact clients well in advance to manage schedule conflicts• Communicate complex ideas, terms, and techniques in terms understandable to laymen to help clients build skills and confidence

• Assist in the daily operations of camp by planning activities for more than twenty-five campers at a time, help newer employees understand their duties and expectations• Control stressful situations and customer service issues through communication and action in a calm and professional manner, and by delegating employees to handle individual situations• Assist in the management of camp counselors and junior counselors in order to promote efficient use of time and a positive environment

• Perform administrative tasks such as organizing mass mailing lists, writing and responding to letters on behalf of the Congressman, and making briefs on the topics of meetings with local businesses and constituents• Maintain a professional demeanor while answering calls from constituents and interest groups• Research upcoming legislation and local issues for the purpose of letter-writing and giving informed answers to constituents

• Assist voters by answering questions about voting process, prevent miscounts
