I learn the guidelines, which often change as the mortgage market changes, and look at a person's loan application through the eyes of an underwriter. This approach is key in seeing that all of my clients are qualified when their loan package is submitted to underwriting. I have a reputation as being one of the fastest in the industry, from start to finish, to complete financing for my clients - and in many cases have been able to have the financing fully completed within 10 business days. I enjoy helping people live the American Dream and buy their own house, as well as helping people restructure their current financing by providing them with the best refinance options.
