About Samuel Mistretta

I started investing in rental homes in 2016 as a pastime while I worked in enterprise IT sales. It started with a house hack after I purchased my grandmother's home and I never looked back. From October 2021 - October 2022 I launched 11 Airbnb listings with the help of amazing family, teams, coaches & investors in spare time. My favorite part of IT sales was finding solutions that fit a technical need & created value so the business can take advantage of my solution's ROI. With focused concentration on my new path, Mistr Property Management (Mr. PM) can help more families & guests solve similar challenges outside of corporate America.
