I pride myself on being hardworking, mission driven and honest, I have grown up trying to push myself to new heights and have carried this passion into my engineering roles.I have multiple years of experience as a drafter and designer, designing and modeling test fixtures and support equipment, as well as time in an engineering authority role, taking designs from cradle to grave. I am proficient in Creo Parametric design and have applicable experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. I have worked on early design and have conducted numerous reviews across multiple disciplines bringing designs to board and ultimately approval for production. I have experience working on extremely fast paced programs and have been able to push to meet very hard deadlines. I see myself as a leader in my role and am always looking to help others and improve the velocity of my organization. I will always take the time to teach a peer or ask questions to build my knowledge base.Overall, I am an asset to any team because of my technical experience, but where I stand out is my communication and leadership abilities. Being a long time sports player, teamwork is something I enjoy and appreciate, I understand the value of working to one another's strengths while still being honest about my weaknesses.
