It offers its services in 11 countries.My main responsibilities:- Solving hardware and software issues of NN's employees all over Slovakia. - Soluting incoming tickets and consulting them with colleagues from Czech republic and Netherlands.- Working with ServiceNow and Active Directory.- Software and hardware configuration and troubleshooting.- Software trainings.- Translating SharePoint from English to Slovak language.- Maintenance of servers and printers.
