InSure Homes Holdings LLC was formed in connection with a series of acquisitions that closed during 2020 and 2021. Shortly after the first acquisitions closed, I became the General Counsel. In that role, I oversee all legal and compliance matters for the holding company and its subsidiaries.

As General Counsel, I oversee all legal and compliance matters for the holding company and its subsidiaries. Provided legal advice, supervised outside counsel, and managed overall due diligence process during private equity acquisition of the holding company and certain affiliates. Negotiated loan documents and supervised legal due diligence for closing of new bank loan facility. Represent financial institutions in regulatory examinations. Supervise compliance program including contracts, data privacy, FCPA, and other key risk areas for financial institutions.Advise on employment legal and compliance matters including employee benefits.
