I have a strong knowledge and practical experience in Project work, research methodology, proposal and report writing, data analysis, good communication skills, planning, coordinating and organizing health outreaches and events in both rural and urban setting and over two years working experience in field work. I am a good team player always looking out to develop and empower fellow workmates and other youth in my community and society.With vast knowledge on HIV/AIDS project coordination for instance the HIV/AIDS Anti-Stigma project under PHAU(TuliWamuNaweproject),(WHP)Yospaceproject and Menstruation Highgine Management Ensonga project ,that managed to reached the Most at risk populations,which involved community work and collaboration with community structures (steak holders), secondary schools and higher institution of learning with support of the trained youth as peer educators, and Village health teams (VHT). In this case I am the best candidate for this position.I have also been able to Implement and champion the efforts under the Women’s Health Program (WHP) ,under a project dubbed YOSPACE that was aimed at reaching out to young girls and women between the age of 15 and 24 with accurate information on issues of sexual and reproductive health, un wanted pregnancy and Gender based violence that is currently a big issue among young girls in urban and rural areas in Uganda.With support from PSI Uganda and PACE, I have been able to succesfuly impiment this program in Districts like.Luweero(October-December2016),Jinja(March-May2017),Hoima(July-September2017), Masindi(January-March2018), Bushenyi(May-July2018) and Kabarole district (September-November 2018). There for due to my enduring skills, passion, team work and zeal in achieve the project goals; this project has been a success. I believe, I will be for great value .My work and achievements are driven by passion and making a difference in the community. I want to be the change that I want to see in the community and the whole world.
