Current• End User troubleshooting and problem solving (hands-on and remote) • Microsoft Office Suite, hardware, software and VPN connectivity issues• Assist users with password changes for Domain logon, Outlook email, VPN, and RSA • Image, configure, deploy and support Dell laptops • Install and support software for Boeing engineers • Create new user accounts, setup email and network printers• Write new or update IT processes • Receive troubleshooting and service request tickets via HP Service Manager • Migrate data, contacts, calendar, import and export email archives, mapped share drives• Assist with setup, and support user mobile work phones• Support Video TeleConference (VTC) setups
