Assisting the GS agents with trading related queries. Helping clients directly with MT4/MT5 related questions, reported issues and statement creation. Reporting all potential server issues directly to the back office to ensure uninterrupted trading across five brokerage brands. Assisting the payments team with identifying suspicious activity. Replying to client emails in a timely manner, giving a detailed analysis of historic trades and occurrences, and escalating refund requests where necessary. Liaising with Shift Leaders and Marketing personnel with important updates and revised Liquidity Provider trading schedules. Staying updated on market developments to assist every client with their individual trade related queries.
