Lead Facilitator for the Hennepin County Elevate Hennepin CEO Start Program (Powered By CoStarters By FINSYNC). A 10 Week Program Helping Early Stage Aspiring Entrepreneurs “Start” Their Entrepreneurial Journey.

Responsibilities include managing grantmaking advisory groups, giving circles, and supporting Foundation-directed grantmaking programs across multiple issue areas, including racial and economic justice, education, environment/climate, criminal justice, and community safety. Partner with the Vice President of Collective Impact & Giving, Director of Collective Giving, and other staff from Philanthropic Services and Marketing & Communications to engage individuals, nonprofits, foundations, and the broader community in collective giving.

Transcend IT is a non-profit organization dedicated to working with women and people of color to move into technology careers by providing a framework of education, job skills training, financial literacy, career placement and continual mentorship and guidance.Our free program is here to provide our participants with a gateway to sustainable employment and income. Employment opportunities are out there but they are full of catch 22s, such as, needing experience or secondary education. Information Technology jobs are one of the biggest areas of growth in our economy but yet the demographic we serve is the least represented within the industry.Our mission is to change this landscape and transform the lives of our participants by systematically guiding them into the Information Technology (IT) industry while providing supplementary services in the background.

➢ Set the vision and goals for Phi Beta Sigma in the State of Minnesota; Communicate state activities to the Region➢ Plan and facilitate state-wide recruitment initiatives, programs, and meetings for the State of Minnesota ➢ Serve as the State of MN Brand Ambassador for Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. to ensure “brand equity & consistency”
