At MMAN Advocates, I lead the firm’s IT operations, managing and optimizing its network infrastructure. This includes configuring and securing the Sophos firewall, administering Microsoft 365 services, and overseeing the management of critical servers, such as the Active Directory. I ensure the smooth operation of essential systems like Abacus Law for case management and QuickBooks for finance, alongside handling data protection through Acronis for backups and disaster recovery. I also leverage Workpay HRMIS for efficient IT asset management.In addition, I manage the firm’s CCTV system, build strong vendor partnerships to ensure SLA compliance and draft IT policies that align with industry standards. As secretary to the IT Committee, I contribute to strategic decision-making and manage IT project budgets. Also, I foster cross-departmental collaboration to integrate technology seamlessly across the firm. My role includes conducting regular staff training and performing system audits to ensure continuous operational efficiency and security.Key Achievements:• Operationalizing SharePoint: Successfully led the implementation of SharePoint, optimizing document management and collaboration for the firm. This project significantly improved data accessibility and streamlined internal workflows. • Designed an Employee Wellness tab on the firm’s intranet, providing a centralized document management system where employees can access resources on mental wellness.
