I supervise the daily operations of both the retail store and pharmacy in a 1.4 million dollar a year business. I manage a team of people that range from 14 to 20 team members. One of the main functions of the store manager is to review weekly and monthly sales figures and profit and loss statements to create plans to build sales. My store has been number 1 in the district for two years in a row for customer service and consistently in the top of the district in over all customer service. At my location we have a great relationship with the local community and have created strong relationships with many of the local senior living facilities in the area.
