As a video Editor, I compile audio, video, and other graphical elements to create a coherent news story for a global audience. As part of a team of video editors, I am the last point of production for several products that showcase the standards of one of the largest broadcasters in Eastern Africa. As such, I ensure total control of quality through consistent standards of video and audio quality as well as applying a sense of growing creativity that captures the attention of the dynamic audience of broadcast media in order to take the organization forward in terms of relevance.

My role is an intern video editor who is responsible for editing news items for news bulletins. Over the course of nearly 4 months, I moved from editing simple news items to full fledged packages and features. So far, I have worked on features broadcasted on NTV, such as 'On the Money', 'Sport On!', '12 Minutes' and more. I have also earned experience in creating promos for events that ran as advertisements on NTV, such as 'Mancave'.
