- Recreated a data tabulation program that searched, tabulated, sorted, and filtered data from a varying number of data files and added semi-automatic and fully automatic features to improve ease of use- Created work instructions for mounting brackets to SLS’s solid rocket boosters that detailed where to mark using renderings of marking brackets- Recreated a 3D printed drilling template for use on energetic materials

Lead engineer on HYPULSE acquisition and relocation project.

- Improved material labeling, station work flow, procedure documentation, and drafted a comprehensive maintenance schedule for the sheet metal laser cutter- Selected as the subject matter expert for a newly acquired sheet metal press brake in order to establish standard operating procedures for operators and programmers as well as ensuring proper software setup and tooling requirements for production

- Converted and implemented a digital version of a process check sheet for plastic injection molding processes from a paper version- Updated manufacturing process documentation and worked with on continuous improvement projects- Streamlined updating manufacturing documentation process

- Worked full-time for a residential and commercial general contractor specializing in light gauge steel framing construction- Performed site and foundation preparation, assembly and disassembly of concrete forms, operated light gauge steel framing machinery, and assembled steel wall framing
