However, the JUB captain remains the overall authority for any HSE aspect related to the integrity of his JUB• Verifying the application of the terms of the contract with Contractor (safety management, catering, maintenance, audits, etc)• Ensuring compliance of the marine requirement, in cooperation with the JUB captain (Contractor)• Ensure proper induction to newcomers on JUB.• Tools and information system used: Integrated Offshore Planning, Da Winci (for booking) (To be confirmed)• Focal point for OTl/OIM for IOP planning / verification with 5 weeks / 4 months planner• Ensure that the POB control system on board the JUB (T-card) is applied by all personnel on-board the JUB,• Update the daily record of personnel accommodated on the JUB and report it on a daily basis to Host Platform Radio Operator,• Monitor mustering upon emergencies or drills, and give feedback to OIM HSE-SA• Liaise with JUB Contractor Master for Company logistics aspects, in particular boat approach, use of JUB crane and associated crew). • Manage deck space on day to day basis based on what has been allocated to NOC during JUB positioning on site• Performs audits on HSEQ management (including Hygiene) on JUB
