Roles• Ensuring Safaricom BTS are transmitting both in the 2G, 3G and WIMAX platforms.• Escalations of faults to respective 1st and 2nd line support.• Generate daily and monthly reports on all the contracted Safaricom sites.• Raising and resolving all works tickets assigned to our technicians.• Maintain accurate internal network updates and reporting.
