Over the past months, I've dedicated myself to rebuilding and enhancing the CRM (Client Manager) system for MSpace Solutions Limited, showcasing my expertise as a backend and full-stack developer. Utilizing Java EE, JSF, JavaScript, CSS, PrimeFaces, MySQL, and AJAX, I delivered a faster, more efficient, and user-friendly system. My responsibilities included developing features for system admins and resellers, enhancing email and SMS credit handling, and improving system performance.I re-engineered the backend architecture, replacing deprecated packages and outdated technologies to boost performance and maintainability. I developed and optimized database schemas and queries to ensure data integrity and efficient retrieval. Additionally, I implemented robust user management functionalities, including management of APIs, cost adjustments, and sender ID management. On the front end, I designed and developed pages from scratch using enhanced design pattern, introducing a modern and intuitive user interface that enhanced admin capabilities and improved reseller management. I created mechanisms for generating insightful reports, aiding data-driven decisions and improving overall business operations. My contributions have led to a more reliable, faster, and user-friendly CRM system, which has streamlined operations and enhanced the user experience.This project significantly improved the CRM system's reliability, speed, and usability, highlighting my abilities as a backend and full-stack developer. Additionally, I developed crucial business soft skills, including negotiation, communication, and team collaboration. Working closely with a team of developers, I participated in regular feedback and review sessions, which helped in refining my work and fostering a collaborative development environment. This experience has been invaluable in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
