G-pay Africa is a youth CBO whose sole objective is to nurture creative talents.I have worked with this group for 6 years and 8 months.During this period we have done a lot to change the youths behaviourally and also talentwise.Film wise,i have produced 7 documentaries with them,4 full featute films one of which won an award at the Kenya Film Commission's Kalasha Film Festivals 2011.I have also managed to produce 15 short films during this period.Still in line of film productions,I have been able to broker the now rich working relationship between G-PAY and Kenya Film Commission (KFC)whereby the youths have been able to benefit in training workshops facilitated by KFC for 2 yaers in a row.This good relationship has also seen the Youths group benefit in 2014 Broadcast Film and Music (BFMA)exhibition held at the Kenya International Conference Centre(KICC)where the youths were able to showcase their Films and even some film equipment made lacally by them.In other sectors,i have been able to lure the Italian Institute of Culture to partner with G-PAY and in turn offer the youths the much needed support of the Auditorium to screen their movies,networking opportunities and even logistics.This year (2014)for examlpe,with the help of the Italian Institute of Culture,5 of our members me included ,have been offered a chance to travel to Italy for 2 and a half months to study and participate in film production.With the harsh economic times and no employment opportunities,I have been able to bring a team from a Canadian based university-University of British Columbia((UBC)school of bussiness to come in and train the youths in enterprenuerial skills free of charge.This programe dubbed Sauder Africa Initiative(SAI)has seen our youths benefit each year these graduate vollunteers come to Kenya.

Film production Technics undertake productions for corporate companies,NGOs,individuals,artists,etc.Areas covered are film/tv programs,documentaries,informacials,studio talk shows.Also we undertake location scouting and film licensing arrangements for foreign film companies,crew/casting agents,filming equipment hire.Trainings and film consultancy

Here i am mainly assigned a role as lighting director in a citizen TV programme called MOTHER in LAW.Ido location lighting though beside this i am good with camera ,sound,grips and all other aspects of production and directing.

During this period i was attached at the main studio(studio B)Here i majored in rigging studio lights for programmes,controlling CCU,camerawork,controlling sound during productions,monitoring picture and operating the vision mixer among other things.
