I work with KBTN as a field coordinator and community engagement officer who has very high interpersonal communication skills especially with the most vulnerable communities.I work to establish, strengthen, and diversify internal and external partnerships.My approach includes mentoring youth in leadership skills and helping young refugees build resilience through education and environmental stewardship.My efforts are rooted in the belief that by fostering self-reliance,these vulnerable community can not only survive but thrive.I am a very enthusiastic and passionate young environmentalist who is dedicated to empowering and educating young people and children about the importance of protecting and preserving the local environment, I provide them with the tools and knowledge needed to become self-dependent, self-reliable, and responsible leaders in their communities, while building their capacity to lead and support others as well as shifting vulnerable communities from reliance to resilience.
