Engaged in agribusiness with small scale enterprises; piggery, goat keeping, local chicken rearing, growing of crops like chili pepper, ginger, groundnuts, cassava and sweet potatoes and mobilizing local farmers and youth into growing high value crops (chili pepper, ginger)

1. Ensure proper feeding of fish to maximize optimal growth rate and minimum FCR's on grow out cages.2. Supervise all activities at the cage site to enforce right fish feeding techniques (feeding to ad-lib), fish mortality collection and disposal into sealable buckets, house keeping, correct data entry/record keeping3. Conduct toolbox safety talks while at work and responding to emergencies.4. Frequent training and discussion with team members in respect of aquaculture guidelines for sustainable production of Nile tilapia.

Managing and monitoring daily farm activities, track input inventory and good supplier relationship and giving honest accountability of the farm's finances to the directors.

The head of food safety/HACCP team for the Lukyamuzi fish processing company for demonstration of what happens at the fish processing establishment. The demonstration company dealt with the production of fresh and frozen Nile tilapia fish fillets as fishery product. Drafted the HACCP manual and product flow diagram for the demo company.

Participated in design and construction of fish production systems (ponds and cages), pond liming and management, fish feed formulation, feeding, sampling, fish harvesting and marketing and fish inspection.

Conducted an experimental research to ascertain the effects of locally formulated plant materials (plant leaf meals) on the growth of Nile tilapia.

Conducted the following activities; animal production and management,crop husbandry practices, soil and water conservation, urban farming.

Examined the use of local pest control methods using fermented human urine and detergent (magic powder) in combating the Fall Army Worm (FAW) in maize crops.

Conducted two programs: empowerment and livelihood for adolescents (ELA) and agriculture where I worked with women saving groups and youth clubs.
