This focus, coupled with my broad range of interests and leadership experience, has enabled me to shape the creative direction of brands, performances, and events.I have been working at MTM as an Associate Cultural Researcher & Brand Planner. In that time I have spent a great deal of focus on supporting local understanding, global sensibility and in particular youth outlook and repositioning for a changing world.During my time at MTM I have supported Design Miami Collaboration, Swarovski, Lexus, Fendi, LVMH amongst others. My work has also included in-market analysis for Vitra , supporting them by being part of the team setting up all the essential backroom facilities that made their first digital global summit a wonderful success.So what about me as a person? I have had the enormous privilege of having been educated and living in the UK, China and the USA. It has provided me with tremendous real-life context and insight. I aspire to have generosity and authenticity at the heart of my work ethic. Previous work includes:Actor, North America, Europe, Asia (2010-Continuous)– Performed in lead and supporting roles in nearly two dozen stage and film performances across the world.Usher, Westport Playhouse Community Theatre (2015-2017)Worked closely with management to create a suite of marketing initiatives and led the team with providing on sight customer service. Production Runner (on set), BBDO NY (Summer 2016)– Supported with all aspects of on-set production for advertising agency BBDO– Helped to manage technical and administrative tasks; from script distribution, coordinating craft services and assisting with lighting and sound for studio and on-location shoots.Volunteering.Quest LGBTQ+ Support Group, North America (2015-2017)– Focused on co-creating strategic alliances with community members to effectively support LGBTQ+ initiatives– Influential in community efforts and programs to improve diversity & inclusion.Support Activist, Migrant Schools, Beijing, China (2012-2015)– Identified and delivered necessary aid, food, and school supplies and resources to growing and underserved migrant community schools in Beijing.
