CurrentResponsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with a variety of HR-related tasks. Payroll Processing: Took on payroll processing responsibilities in November 2023 after the departure of the Acting Payroll Officer, collaborating with the Senior Accountant to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.Recruiting: Assist with the recruiting process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.Onboarding: Participate in the onboarding process by creating new employee files, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have completed all necessary paperwork.Employee relations: Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Assist with the resolution of employee issues and concerns.Benefits administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.HR reporting: Prepare regular HR reports and metrics to track employee turnover, satisfaction, and other key HR metrics.HR compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with state lawsEmployee data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system.Training and development: Assist with the development and delivery of training programs for employees.
