Managing relationships and expectations, and being aware of external influences that may contribute to the placement of Insurance products. Assisting the renewal process of larger, complex risks, placed with longstanding Underwriter relationships and MGAs. Looking to strengthen the book of business, ensure good renewal retention, and lay foundations for relationships moving forward. Producing Certificates, MRCs, Cover Notes & Endorsements for Auto Physical Damage, Motor Truck Cargo, Warehouseman’s Liability, Garage Keepers & Dealers Open Lot. Creation of Monthly Risks-Written Bordereau for submission to our Underwriting partners, facilitating accurate recording of information. Working under time constraints, with a high-level of attention to detail, to ensure compliance as well as a high level of service. Most exposure to Lineslips & In-house facilities, with involvement in Binders & Open Market risks. Development of London Market specific knowledge.

Working within the Technical/Processing Team, across various different types of Business including Binding Authority, Open Market, and Lineslip Placements. Producing both slips and endorsements to meet the needs of the client and insurer, as well as processing Premium Bordereau submissions. Extensive use of Lloyds systems such as DCOM, Xchanging & Lineage.Varied territory exposure including but not limited to Australia, Canada and Swiss territory, however some exposure to North/South American business, as well as other European markets. Experience working across a variety of different Classes, with a focus on Property, Healthcare/MedMal and Terrorism.
