Developed my own research idea from Dr Sobel's broader research goal to study Belousov-Zhabotinsky (BZ) inorganic chemical reactions.Studied the effectiveness of the oscillation capabilities of a BZ gel in solving a theoretical Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP).Conducted wet lab research from June to August, and then worked remotely to do data analysis and correspond with Dr. Sobel. Presented my study for a research symposium held at Hofstra University.
