Other than family, my greatest satisfaction comes from being able to pursue and accomplish goals. My greatest accomplishment and example of goal setting was that of being a first-generation college graduate in which I pursued both a bachelor’s and master’s degree. I have carried this desire to achieve goals into my professional career as a Project Manager. My biggest strength is the ability to see the big picture and apply it to life, goals, and projects. Project management has always appealed to and driven me as it is in essence the ability to deliver on a particular goal or objective. Whether the projects be a capital improvement project, curriculum development, or strategic plan development (all projects which I have been privileged to be a part of) seeing the big picture, developing objectives, and seeing a project through from conception to completion have provided me with satisfaction.Skilled in analyzing and developing programs that drive and deliver on projects, I have experience in managing multi-pronged projects of varying sizes to develop key deliverables and drive project success. I am a goal-driven individual with an eye on the future. Behind this profile is a real person who, after a stint of raising children, is ready to re-enter the workforce and prepared to meet new and challenging assignments while utilizing a skill set awarded through management experiences, education achievements, and volunteer service.
