About Samuel Pair

"Titles are but nicknames and every nickname is a title," says Thomas Paine's "Rights of Man."I am an acclaimed aerospace operations manager, emeritus and author. Currently, I am intimately involved in writing a book called, "Le Yankee Noir - The Power of Acceptance." Derived from a nickname given to me in Toulouse France in 1994, before long, the symbolic title became synonymous with the book's theme, Mutual Acceptance. The first of a proposed three book series with themes of acceptance, "The Power of Acceptance," shares my extraordinary journey in the south of France, during an intense foreign assignment. The book illuminates the challenges and value of mutual acceptance and illustrates its power that inspired, motivated and propelled me through a task filled with a myriad of arduous issues. Furthermore, the initial book exhibits the influence of mutual acceptance on promoting trusting relations that bridge cultural, racial and societal divides. Under Commit yet Over Perform, is the creed and work ethic I lived by throughout my illustrious 38 year career in the Aerospace Industry. Regardless of task or position held, I found this core belief and mode of operation, a prime ingredient in quickly establishing credibility and trusting relationships with Air Framers, Airline customers, Industrial suppliers, colleagues, employees and friends around the world.Specialties: Strong Organizational, Leadership and Problem Solving skills. An adept Problem Analyzer and Strategic Planner, with excellent Writing and Verbal communication skills in both English and French languages (basic conversational proficiency). International Operations Management, Industrial Program Management, Aerospace Engineering Management, Quality Assurance and Process Management.

Listed skills include Microsoft Office, Management, Project Management, Customer Service, and 11 others.
